REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT

1.1 To utilise the services provided by Accelerant AI, you must register for an account and provide accurate and complete information. Users must be 18 years of age or older, or of the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater.

1.2 You will receive personal access credentials to utilise the services of Accelerant AI.

1.3 It's your responsibility to keep your access credentials confidential and prevent unauthorised access to your account.

SERVICES AND SUBSCRIPTION

2.1 The services provided by Accelerant AI are available either as a 7-day trial offered at our discretion, or as a paid subscription. Unless cancelled, subscriptions will automatically renew and you will be billed after your trial period ends.

2.2 The contract for a subscription service is concluded when you book the service through our website, which includes providing your invoicing details and your payment information.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

3.1 The monthly and annual prices for our services are listed on our website.

3.2 Payment for services is due in advance. You can choose to pay monthly or annually.

3.3 We accept payment through Paypal & Stripe.

RENEWAL AND DEFAULT

4.1 Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the monthly or annual term, unless cancelled.

4.2 If you default on your payment for more than a month, we may temporarily block your access to the paid services.

CANCELLATION AND WITHDRAWAL

5.1 You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. If you decide to withdraw, you may return at any time without any penalty. To request a withdrawal, please contact our support team.

USAGE AND USER OBLIGATIONS

6.1 You must keep your access credentials confidential and prevent unauthorised use of the Accelerant AI platform.

6.2 You are prohibited from using the platform for any activities that infringe upon the rights of others, are illegal, or violate our community guidelines.

6.3 If we find substantial evidence of misuse or fraud, we may temporarily limit your access to the platform.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

7.1 All intellectual property rights to the platform are reserved by Accelerant AI.

7.2 We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to utilise the platform for your own purposes, in compliance with our terms and conditions. Any violation of our intellectual property rights may result in termination of your account.

LIABILITY

8.1 Our liability extends to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law. For further details, please refer to our Liability Terms.

AMENDMENTS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

9.1 We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions if necessary. We will inform you via email or through notifications on the platform at least two weeks before the changes become effective.
